Testimonials
- “It was truly a special experience with beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.” – Jozet Muller
- “The Garden Route Pilgrimage that we have completed was almost a heavenly experience for which we will always be grateful.” – Jan Breytenbach
- “Walking this route was more than a walk, and revealed to me the very spirit of Ubuntu, it was coloured with the spirit of life in its true and simplistic form.” – Elsa Davids
- “I was privileged to be part of the pilot group who walked with Jurie, who mapped the entire route. Us 7 hikers bonded from the start. It was my first ever long walk, and although I doubted myself a bit at the beginning, the positive group support and encouragement raised my confidence and I soon became walking fit along the way. The hike was well planned and we were received with open arms by our hosts who took care of us at the end of each day with great food, conversation and a soft bed. It was special to start at the crack of dawn with coffee and a prayer. There is opportunity for individual silent meditative walking and spiritual reflection at the end of the day. The Koue Bokkeveld provides silence, and the beauty of nature in all its glory, where one can experience the peace of God”. Dankie Cathy T
